A Tiny Shift In Connecting
Schools
is in start up mode, organizing, defining policies and operational
guidelines. We are investigating how to best to raise
awareness and funds. Furthernore we are in the process of
building bridges with the communities we would like to support.
Until we have developed a clear, transparent, public reporting system describing our activites and finances, we are not
accepting donations. However, if you would like to contribute
and you live in the Western or Dowtown area of Hamilton, Ontario, we will gladly pick up or take any empty wine, beer or liquor containers that you do not want the refund for.
If you live outside of the Western or Dowtown area of Hamilton, Ontario, please remember there are many other
worthwhile causes that would appreciate your support. In Canada
alone, we have over 8,000 registered charities and many more non-profit
organizations. Three non-profit organizations that Mariane
supports with web site maintenance and public relations material are: A Tiny Shift In Connecting
Schools has defined one project to develop a software package that will assist
organizations with their paper work that> When ready, we will market the package in
a manner similar to "Open Source". In this way we hope to earn some necessary capital.
Another
project that we hope to develop in future is to find a means whereby
like minded non profit organizations can help each other with the
exchange of information and experiences. |
